Sometimes, experience matters in life. When you are looking for a lady with plenty of life experience to join you on your Vegas visit, I am as experienced as you will get. My womanly body has enough plumpness and curves to satisfy your need to hold and squeeze some meat.

Life can throw up strange challenges — or, ‘curve balls.’ You could be a former employee at NASA and you can get caught up in a California snowstorm while on your way to Nevada. But then your ‘training’ comes back to you — and ‘training’ here comprises watching the reality show Survivor. So, you survive in the snow for six days “on some biscotti and a couple of croissants,” as the BBC put it. This ‘survivor’ also managed to stretch his car’s battery for three-and-a-half days — reminds of how Apollo 13 crew managed to stretch their own supplies of electricity, water, and oxygen after that famous blast in the cryo tank as they were on their way to the Moon.

Luckily, for most of us, we never have to cut that close to the bone in our lives.

You could role-play a Formula One driver and come up with one-liners like “I’m ready to grip your curves … but I promise to keep both hands firmly on the wheel.”

We tend to stress ourselves out about work-related challenges such as having to meet targets. And yet, it’s known — thanks to the studies and research by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi and others — that humans undergo ‘hedonic adaptation’ which ensures that we remain more or less at the same level of happiness in the face of major positive or negative life events. For example, he showed that about three months after winning a mega million lottery or after becoming a paraplegic, people are about equally happy. So, you should really find the time to relax and to worry less about those targets to meet. The company will go on whether you work there or not — think of Boeing and its troubles or The Washington Post’s owner’s current shenanigans.

The difference between our ‘wins’ and losses are not that stark most of the time. Few things that we stress out over are really that important or fundamentally life-altering. Once we learn to let go of things, we can learn to relax.

It’s often about what we choose to focus on or what we choose to keep ‘front and center.’ David Foster Wallace explained all this beautifully in his This Is Water commencement address.

So, whether you are a tech startup founder or a biotech startup founder or air traffic controller or Wall St. trader or in a similar high-stress job, it’s imperative for you to take a break from work and spend some time on a hobby or two.
You could be a fan of the Beatles and might want to be able to play While My Guitar Gently Weeps on a guitar which can be challenging if you are not an expert guitarist. But you could persevere and be able to succeed in playing your favorite songs or even crush them whether that’s a Beatles favorite or Tears in Heaven or Hotel California or something else.

You might argue which are the most badass guitar riffs over the years but there is no arguing over the obvious relaxing effects of spending time in my company.

Fingerstyle guitar comes “with beautiful arpeggios and melodies, accompanied by bass notes or chords to percussive …” as Paul Davids puts it.

Ed Sheeran’s Ice and Fire, Paul McCartney Blackbird, Fleetwood Mac Never Going Back Again, John Mayer, John Frusciante’s Road Trippin, Dust in the Wind, are some examples that incorporate these guitar tricks.

You could listen to these musical melodies or classical music or go visit Great Smoky Mountains National Park or the Zion National Park or the Grand Canyon National Park or Yellowstone National Park or the Rocky Mountain National Park or Yosemite National Park or the Acadia National Park or Olympic National Park or Grand Teton National Park or Glacier National Park.

Spending time with me is going to be as exhilarating and calming as visiting those national parks.
